IT Services is launching New Teams, a new and improved version of the Microsoft Teams platform, on Monday, Feb. 26. New Teams will replace the current Teams software, offering a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for communication and collaboration across campus.
Some of the benefits of New Teams include:
- A modern and intuitive user interface that makes it easier to access chats, channels, meetings and apps
- Enhanced performance and stability, especially for video and audio calls
- More options for customization and personalization, such as themes, backgrounds and emojis
- New features and improved integrations, such as breakout rooms, live captions, and polls
