W-2 tax forms are available online via MyJob.
If you are accessing MyJob off campus, you must establish access to Marquette’s VPN, the virtual private network. If you have questions regarding the VPN, contact the IT Services TechSquad.
Once logged in, select “MU Employee Self Service,” “Personal Actions,” “View/Print Employee W-2″ and “Start.” Click on the Adobe Icon for “W2 PDF Setup Business Group 2023.”
Printing the W-2 from this webpage is an acceptable copy for attaching to annual tax returns. Use the printer icon on the form, not the printer icon on the Internet browser, to print the form.
For questions, employees may contact a Payroll Department representative. For those who do not opt out, traditional paper forms will be mailed to permanent home addresses and postmarked by Wednesday, Jan. 31.
