The six-week student wellness group is open to all students and features yoga, relaxation, self-compassion, gratitude and more.
The group meets Fridays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. in AMU 407. To join, email wholepersonwellness@marquette.edu with the subject line “interested in student wellness” and include your name and preferred contact number in the body of the email. A brief phone screener is needed before enrollment.
