Students who make a gift in support of the Backpack Program on Tuesday, Jan. 30, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the second floor of the AMU will receive a set of friendship bracelets in honor of National Marquette Day.
These bracelets are only available Jan. 30.
The Backpack Program is a free and confidential service that provides groceries and toiletries to current Marquette students. More information is available online.
These stretch bracelets are adorned with blue and gold beads and spell out iconic words and phrases, including Ring Out Ahoya, We Are MU, Marquette and 1881. National Marquette Day is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 10.
