As of Thursday, Nov. 30, the application for the Institute for Women’s Leadership Interdisciplinary summer grant program is open for summer 2024 projects.
The IWL’s grant program aims to foster interdisciplinary research collaborations across the Marquette community to further the understanding of gender and sex across the full range of human affairs and to stimulate the development of such research into larger extramurally funded projects.
The IWL interdisciplinary summer grant program supports high-quality interdisciplinary research projects involving collaborators from two or more disciplinary backgrounds or transitions that advance the understanding of gender and/or sex in any domain of human endeavors and show promise of receiving extramural funding. Funds awarded for the summer of 2024 are to be used during that time, to support original work and research for the IWL Summer Grant program and are nonrenewable.
Apply online for the 2024 interdisciplinary summer grant.
