The Association of Marquette University Women will host an Advent reflection lunch on Friday, Dec. 15, beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the Alumni Memorial Union.
Dr. Susan Mountin, Jour ’71, Grad ’94, will share this year’s reflection. Mountin served as a campus minister and an adjunct faculty member at Marquette starting in 1977, teaching at various times in several colleges and programs. For more than a decade she guided faculty in programs enhancing the Jesuit Catholic mission of Marquette.
She is currently a part-time senior advisor for two Lilly Endowment grants at Marquette for pastors and congregations using her expertise on Ignatian Spirituality and pedagogy: Pastoral Leadership in a Cultural Context and The Examen(ed) Church.
