Did you know you don’t have to call, email or visit the IT Services TechSquad to reset your password or recover your account? Microsoft 365 Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) allows you to add a secondary email address or mobile phone to your account for password reset or recovery.
Follow these instructions to register a password recovery method to your account.
Once you have registered you can follow these instructions to reset your password or recover your account.
IT Services will require all students, faculty and staff to enroll in Self-Service Password Reset starting Monday, Nov. 6. If you have not registered, Microsoft 365 will prompt you to do so the next time you log in. If you have already registered nothing further is required.
