The Supreme Court, through Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, gave states the power to legalize or penalize abortions. From that, a question arises: What is the future of the pro-life movement in the United States?
Attorney Clarke Forsythe, working for Americans United for Life, will lead an event on this topic on Thursday, Oct. 19, from 12:10 p.m. to 1:10 p.m. in Eckstein Hall 357. This event is hosted by the Marquette Law School Law for Life Society.
The event will feature discussions of Roe v. Wade and Dobbs v. Jackson Health, including analysis of the majority opinion and dissent in the Dobbs case. There will be time for questions at the end.
Food will be available.
