The Excellence in Leadership (E-Lead) Program is seeking nominations of sophomores from across the university for the spring 2024 program. Faculty and staff who know of current sophomore students who have a genuine interest in developing their leadership capacity are encouraged to nominate students.
E-Lead is a three-year, curricular innovation leadership development program designed to prepare undergraduate students at Marquette to be innovation leaders in today’s changing world.
Candidates should be:
- Driven and dedicated to being involved and learning how to apply concepts related to leading oneself, leading with others, and leading innovation
- Curious and want to develop creative solutions to address today’s problems with others
- Aspiring, passionate leaders committed to serving others and a purpose larger than themselves
- Self-motivated to develop their capacity to lead people, to lead change, and to make meaningful difference in the world
