Join the Psychology Department on a six-week wellness journey to learn ways to find greater balance in life, feel less stressed and experience more gratitude. The program will involve relaxation, yoga, self-compassion and more.
All students are welcome.
The program takes place on Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Center for Student Wellness (707 Building 130).
To enroll, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “interested in student wellness” and include your name and preferred contact number in the body of the email. A brief phone screener is needed before enrollment.
