Students who are interested in joining Marquette Mentors, the Marquette University Alumni Association’s international award-winning mentor program, should apply by Thursday, Sept. 7.
Considered the gold standard of higher education mentoring initiatives, Marquette Mentors is a one-on-one match with student mentees and alumni mentors in more than 25 states and Europe based on college, major and career interest. The program runs the entire academic year with mentors providing a variety of insights, including working with their mentees to establish goals they’d like to accomplish prior to graduation, career planning exploration and professional development. More than 1,000 students have participated in Marquette Mentors since it was established in 2013.
“I found Marquette Mentors to be an incredible experience, including having a mentor who truly cares about my future success,” according to a previous mentee participant.
