Registration for fall Making Marquette Inclusive discussion series now open

Sponsored by the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion, the Making Marquette Inclusive discussion series provides faculty and staff with the opportunity to examine issues of diversity, equity and inclusion relating to our day-to-day work on campus and reinforces the value of working across differences. Through short articles, videos and a series of facilitated conversations, participants in this 10-week mini-course explore themes such as implicit bias, privilege, microaggressions, the promotion of justice and effective dialogue orientations.

Several cohorts are available for the fall. Priority deadline to register is Friday, Sept. 1.

To date, over 240 employees have participated in this program. Read what other participants have to say about their experience

For those who have already completed MMI, a 2.0 version will also be offered this fall, extending the learning themes and taking participants from reflection to action. Advanced registration is also required and available online.
