The Office of Institutional Research and Analysis has released official statistics on the number of degrees and certificates awarded during the 2022-23 academic year. The office has also published enrollment statistics for summer 2023. This includes headcount enrollment data, student credit hours and class size information.
From July 1, 2022, through June 30, Marquette conferred 3,184 degrees and 37 certificates. Of the degrees awarded, there were 1,870 bachelor’s degrees, 850 master’s degrees, 73 Ph.D. degrees and 391 professional doctorate degrees. Additional data, including degrees awarded by college/school and major/program, are available on the OIRA website and dataMarq, the university’s reporting portal.
Marquette’s summer 2023 student enrollment was slightly lower than last summer with a total enrollment of 3,477 students, comprised of 1,572 undergraduates and 1,905 graduate/professional students. The university’s trend of strong graduate enrollment continues, with summer 2023 graduate enrollment the second highest in the past decade.
