The 2023 UMR Summary Plan Description (SPD) is now available on the Human Resources site under “Policies, Forms and Notices.” This annual notice describes the deductibles, coinsurance and eligibility requirements of the medical plans as well as information about prescription drug benefits through Navitus and Tria Health. It also includes the changes that were made to the Plan(s) effective Jan. 1 and described during the Annual Enrollment period last fall.
