Marquette has partnered with D2L to provide expanded support options for instructors and students. A new live chat option is available within D2L for real-time support. Phone support for D2L is now available at all points, including weekends and holidays, by calling the IT Services Help Desk at 414-288-7799 and selecting option 2.
The new chat and phone options will provide D2L how-tos and troubleshooting. More advanced D2L requests, other topics and other support channels may be addressed during standard Marquette business hours.
