The final university-sponsored weekend Masses of the academic year will be held Saturday, May 6, and Sunday, May 7.
Daily masses will continue at the St. Joan of Arc Chapel through the end of finals. Daily and Sunday Masses will continue at Gesu Parish throughout the summer. University-sponsored masses will resume when classes return, beginning with the Mass of the Holy Spirit on Sunday, Aug. 27, at 4:30 p.m.
As the university-sponsored liturgies conclude for the year, there are several special events:
- May Crowning | Saturday, May 6, at 9:30 a.m. in the Marian Grotto behind the St. Joan of Arc Chapel before 10 a.m. Mass; Mass will follow in the chapel at 10 a.m.
- Ice Cream Social | Sunday, May 7, in the AMU Rotunda immediately following the 9 p.m. Mass in the AMU’s Chapel of the Holy Family
- Baccalaureate Mass | Friday, May 19, at 3:30 p.m. in The Al McGuire Center
