Walk This Way Challenge: My Wellness points and weekly giveaway available

The Walk This Way challenge encourages employees to participate in a fun, competitive step challenge. The goal of the challenge is to complete 50,000 steps each week throughout the four-week challenge. Registration opens Monday, April 24, and the challenge runs Monday, May 1, through Monday, May 29. Record 50,000 steps for each week by Tuesday, May 30, at 7 p.m. to receive 25 My Wellness points. 

How do I enroll in the challenge? 

Go to the My Wellness Portal and enter your personal username and password. Once you land on the “Challenges” page, you are now enrolled in the challenge. First-time users see the “Enroll Today!” section on the Employee Wellness website. 

How do I log my activity? 

Log in to My Wellness Portal, click on the “Challenges” tile and record the activity you completed and click “Save.” While it is recommended that participants log activities each day, you have until the end of the challenge to record your activities. Participants can sync their fitness trackers for automatic tracking. See the Fitness Device FAQs for more information. 

How am I eligible for My Rewards points and chances for giveaway prizes? 

The goal is to complete at least 50,000 steps each week. Participants who meet the goal throughout the entire four-week challenge will be awarded 25 My Rewards points. Participants who log 50,000 steps in a week will also be entered into the weekly prize giveaway (the week ends each Sunday at 7 p.m.). The challenge will be held Monday, May 1, through Monday, May 29. Registration opens Monday, April 24; register 50,000 steps each week by May 30 to receive your My Wellness points.
