60-second Marquette on Tess Stumvoll and Marquette Log Rolling

60-second Marquette is a documentary video series from the Office of University Relations focused on interesting Marquette people and stories, told in 60 seconds or less. The latest video features Tess Stumvoll, founder of the Marquette log rolling team. 

Log rolling consists of two people on a log who are each attempting to knock the other off without touching them or crossing the center line of the log. Stumvoll has been competing since she was in fifth grade.
