Strategic Planning Core Team seeks campus input at open forum, April 13

The Strategic Planning 2030 Core Team invites all in the Marquette community to share their experiences of Marquette with others in the campus community and help imagine the university’s future at a campus-wide strategic planning forum on Thursday, April 13, 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the AMU Monaghan Ballrooms. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend.

Framed by Marquette’s Catholic, Jesuit mission and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, Core Team members will provide a brief update on the strategic planning process, including an overview of the university’s current strategic priorities.

This campus forum will provide an opportunity for participants to share their vision for Marquette’s future and hear from others in the campus community how they envision the university moving forward. Input from these table discussions will ultimately help frame Marquette’s new strategic plan.

The open forum is part of a larger campus-wide strategic planning engagement effort. The Core Team will also host targeted discussions with specific campus groups that have expertise in some of the emerging priorities.

This summer, the Core Team will meet with the Executive Leadership Team to discuss all stakeholder input and define the next steps in writing a draft plan, which will be shared with the campus community for feedback during the fall 2023 semester.

There is no registration necessary to attend the forum. Contact StrategicPlan2030@marquette.edu with questions.
