In conjunction with ODP Business Solutions, the Purchasing and Sustainability Departments will hold an Office Supply Swap from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, March 6, and Tuesday, March 7, in AMU 163. The event will offer departments a chance to redistribute excess office supply inventory on campus that may have been ordered incorrectly or is no longer needed and will otherwise go unused.
Departments can drop off their excess office supplies on March 6 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in AMU 163. Shopping will be held the following day, March 7, in AMU 163 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Accepted office supply items include staplers, paper, folders, pens, pencils, post-its, organizers and binders. File cabinets, shelving or furniture should not be brought to the Office Supply Swap but rather listed on the surplus webpage for redistributing between departments.Please do not reach out to Facilities to assist you in dropping off surplus items.
