Through 2nd.MD, members have the opportunity to access a specialist who can provide a second opinion when faced with decisions about a treatment plan for an upcoming surgery, a cancer diagnosis or for a chronic condition or disease.
Through 2nd.MD’s medical consultation and navigation service, you can connect with a board-certified, elite specialist for a virtual expert medical consultation via phone or video from the comfort of home.
The Marquette University medical plans still offer you the ability to seek a second opinion from a provider of your choosing; however, 2nd.MD has experts in many specialties, so you may want to learn more about how they can help you – and at no cost to you.
