‘Start Your Engines’ culinary workshop, Jan. 24

Marquette Dining Services will host its first educational, hands-on culinary workshop of the spring semester on Tuesday, Jan. 24, from 4:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. in Innovation Kitchen (AMU 250).

During the workshop, “Start Your Engines,” participants will create their own energy-packed treats and learn how to keep their tank full this semester with dietitian Lucas Flaherty, RDN LDN.
