Center for Real Estate to co-host development showcase with NAIOP, Jan. 26

January 23, 2023

The Wisconsin chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, will host a development showcase at O’Brien Hall, the new home of Marquette Business, on Thursday, Jan. 26, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A short program will feature Marquette leaders and representatives from NAIOP and Findorff, the construction firm that built O’Brien Hall. Speakers will discuss the process of designing the building, how the layout of O’Brien Hall responds to work-from-home trends and the ways in which O’Brien Hall serves as a bridge to the greater Milwaukee business community.

Speakers include Acting Keyes Dean of Business Administration Tim Hanley, Marquette Vice President of Planning and Strategy Lora Strigens, Findorff Project Executive Mike Stern and Assistant Project Manager Justine Hansel.

Guided tours of the building and a social hour will follow the program.

Registration is $45 and available online.

Please contact Katie Hulce, associate director of NAIOP, with questions.
