Morgan Phelps, adjunct instructor of strategic communication in the Diederich College of Communication, was named to the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2023 40 Under 40 list, a collection of young business and community leaders from throughout southeastern Wisconsin who are making a difference in the Milwaukee area.
Phelps joined Marquette in 2020. She is the founder and CEO of Colorful Connections, a social enterprise and diversity recruiting and retention firm. Colorful Connections helps leaders create inclusive workplace cultures while supporting the advancement of professionals from historically marginalized communities.
Phelps additionally has more than 15 years of experience working as a communications specialist.
