Join Student Affairs in saying farewell to the Helfaer Tennis Stadium and Recreation Center at the Rec Center Days on Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday is Rock the Rec, with roller skating on the gym floor, a smash room, pool activities and more. Saturday is Deck the Rec with winter and Christmas-themed activities, including hot breakfast, Christmas crafts and graffiti gratitude on the Rec Center wall.
The first 100 people in attendance each night receive a limited edition “I closed the Rec” t-shirt. The first four student organizations who attend with 10 members will receive a $100 donation to their organization.
Food will be available both nights, with a hot breakfast available Dec. 3. Both nights will also feature a relaxation room with massage chairs and an oxygen bar. Join to build community, blow off steam and say farewell to the Rec Center.
