Flu vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine/booster clinics Nov. 8, 14

The MU Medical Clinic is hosting an influenza vaccination clinic on Tuesday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second floor of the AMU.

There is no charge for the flu vaccination for FULL-TIME undergraduate students and employees and dependents participating in the Marquette medical insurance plan. For employees and eligible dependents who are enrolled in one of the University’s Health Plans, please bring your UMR insurance card. For all others, the cost of the flu vaccination is $25.

The City of Milwaukee Health Department will host a COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinic in conjunction with a Marquette Medical Clinic flu vaccine clinic on Monday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the AMU Lunda Room. Students, faculty, staff and dependents can attend.

Moderna and Pfizer bivalent boosters and Pfizer primary series COVID-19 vaccines will be available. Additionally, influenza vaccines will also be available.

Preregistration is not needed for COVID-19 or influenza vaccinations. You may download the COVID-19 vaccine and/or the Influenza consent form here and bring it with you.

The primary series and booster are required for students. Upload proof of vaccination and booster online. Exemptions must be submitted to the Medical Clinic.

The primary series and booster are strongly encouraged for faculty and staff. Upload proof of vaccination and booster online.

COVID-19 Vaccination Recommendations

The CDC has updated booster recommendations. Individuals are considered up to date immediately after getting all recommended boosters. Read more on the CDC website.
