Artist talk with David Najib Kasir, Nov. 15

David Najib Kasir, a contemporary oil painter living and working in Milwaukee, will present at the Haggerty Museum of Art on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. 

Kasir’s work is comprised of personal narrative and surrounds the act of coming to terms with the challenges of family, life, love and loss. He will lead a conversation on cultural shapes and landscapes.

This program is presented by the Haggerty Museum of Art in collaboration with Marquette University’s Center for Race, Ethnic and Indigenous Studies.
