Marquette’s Educational Preparedness Program (EPP) will present its spring 2023 classes on Friday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in AMU 157.

EPP aims to provide pathways to higher learning, academic advising, holistic support and career-building resources for incarcerated and recently released students through Marquette’s Center of Urban Research, Teaching and Outreach, in collaboration with partnering academic institutions and community organizations.

EPP’s outside courses enroll a blend of degree-seeking Marquette students and students who have been formerly and/or recently released from incarceration to attend courses at Marquette. Formerly released and/or recently released students who are accepted to take EPP courses will complete credit-bearing courses free of charge.

Free donuts and refreshments will be provided.
