The Annual Benefits Enrollment period begins on Monday, Oct. 24, at 8 a.m. and runs through Monday, Nov. 7, at 4 p.m. Annual Enrollment is the only time of year faculty and staff can make changes to their benefit elections and who they cover.
Any changes you make will become effective Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.
All employees are strongly encouraged to review the materials to understand how any 2023 changes impact you and your family.
Employees who wish to change existing health insurance plans, who they cover, or establish a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) for 2023 must do so during the annual enrollment timeframe. Employees who cover a spouse must recertify their spouse’s access to other medical coverage to avoid the $100/month spousal surcharge.

Employees may also choose to enroll themselves online beginning Oct. 24 at 8 a.m.
