The Marquette Athletic and Human Performance Research Center will continue its seminar series this fall. The series welcomes three leading experts in health and human performance to present their research and network with students, faculty and staff.
The following in-person events (also available via Teams) will take place in the AHPRC Film Room, AH-216:
- Thursday, Oct. 27, at 12 p.m.: “Addressing Obesity in Diverse Populations of Cancer Survivors,” presented by Dr. Melinda Stolley from the Medical College of Wisconsin
- Thursday, Nov. 10, at 12 p.m.: “Leveraging Translational Models to Accelerate Aging Research,” presented by Dr. Karyn Hamilton from Colorado State University
- Thursday, Dec. 8, at 12 p.m.: “Dietary Sodium and Health: More Than Just Blood Pressure,” presented by Dr. William Farquhar from the University of Delaware
