The Office of Human Resources thanks everyone for their support of the annual staff performance review process this spring. The next step in the staff performance management cycle is to set employee goals and expectations for the year, if you haven’t already done so.
Employees should document their goals on the Performance Management Form now at the start of the new performance cycle. The form should be referenced throughout the year to document feedback, updates and progress notes so that most of the documentation is already present by annual review time next spring.
