On Monday, Aug. 1, 16th Street at Wisconsin Avenue heading north past the midblock crossing will be closed to traffic and pedestrians as part of the College of Business Administration construction project.
The entrance to the 16th Street parking structure (Structure 1) from 16th Street and the midblock crossing will be closed Aug. 1 through Saturday, Aug. 13. The parking structure exit on 16th Street north of the midblock crossing will remain open.
Starting on Monday, July 18, a contractor will be moving barriers farther down the block on the east side of 16th Street to complete road work required as part of the Marquette Business project. This will reduce 16th Street to one lane until just past the midblock crossing.
