Staff self-evaluations on performance over the last year are due to supervisors on Friday, April 22. Use the Performance Management Form and instructions to list your goals or accountabilities (in the second column) and reflect on how you achieved them in the “End of Year Self-Evaluation” column. Please also complete the section which asks you to describe how you’ve demonstrated Marquette’s mission and values this year. The overall summary section is optional. Once you’ve completed this information, forward it to your supervisor.
Supervisors are expected to conduct performance review meetings in May and add their feedback comments in the “supervisor review” column. Reviews are to be completed, signed and sent to Human Resources by June 1.
