The Center for Engagement and Inclusion is hosting a Soup with Substance in honor of Women’s History Month on Wednesday, March 9, at noon in room 163 of the Alumni Memorial Union.
Nubian Simmons, owner of The Pink Bakery, Inc., will talk about her business, which is the first premium top allergen-free baking mix company in the U.S. She has been featured on local, national and worldwide media platforms for her unique ability to make delicious baking mixes and frostings without the top allergens (eggs, fin-fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts and wheat).
