‘Strong Together: Creating High Quality Mentoring Relationships for Female Faculty’ workshop is April 19

An icon graphic representing A Culture of Inclusion from the Beyond Boundries Strategic PlanIWL will host an interactive workshop geared towards developing more effective mentoring relationships for female faculty on Tuesday, April 19, from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. This event will take place via Zoom. 

Attendees will gain a personal understanding of the characteristics of high-quality mentoring and how to create more effective mentoring relationships. They will also gain a shared appreciation of how peer mentoring supports and promotes women’s advancement and professional growth in academic settings.

During this event, attendees will learn from guest speaker Belle Rose Ragins, who is an expert in the fields of mentoring, diversity and positive relationships at work.
