The deadline to complete the 2022 Employee Engagement Survey is March 11. The survey only takes a few minutes, and its results are valuable to how we determine where we are now and what steps we need to take to be a more engaged and thriving workplace.
Employees will need to be on campus or connected to VPN to access the survey.
Responses will be anonymous and no identifiable information will be accessible or available to the Human Resources Department or any other employees. We will not be able to trace individual responses back to you so you should feel comfortable being honest with your answers.
The data will help us gain a better understanding of the critical factors affecting employee engagement, including our work environment, employee experience, our university mission and strategy.
