Marquette Community Day of Service is April 23

March 31, 2022

An icon graphic representing Social Responsibility Through Community Engagement from the Beyond Boundries Strategic PlanThe Center for Community Service will host Marquette Community Day of Service on Saturday, April 23, from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Formerly Hunger Clean-Up, Marquette Community Day of Service aims to build community across Milwaukee and engage students, faculty, staff and alumni in reflective service. Volunteer locations across Milwaukee include Habitat for Humanity, Revitalize MKE, Near West Side Partners and City of Milwaukee Parks.

The name change reflects the wide range of service engagement and involvement of the entire Marquette community, while still honoring Hunger Clean-Up’s 33-year history.

Teams of volunteers serve with local agencies in an effort to engage with community, learn how to further engage with across the city and celebrate our Milwaukee community.

Register as a team or an individual online by Monday, April 11.
