Faculty and staff volunteers are needed as column marshals to assist at either one or both Commencement ceremonies on Sunday, May 22, at Henry Maier Festival Park.
The first ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. for undergraduate students and the second ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. for the Graduate School and Graduate School of Management candidates.
Upon arrival, all students will go to their college check-in sites to receive their name card before being seated in the Amphitheater within their college. Guests will go directly into the Amphitheater to be seated.
Column marshals will assist with seating the graduates within their colleges as they arrive along with other responsibilities during the ceremony. There will be more detailed information provided as the event gets closer.
