Soup with Substance on Marquette Civil Rights Pilgrimage Feb. 23

An icon graphic representing A Culture of Inclusion from the Beyond Boundries Strategic PlanThe Center for Peacemaking is hosting a Soup with Substance focused on the Marquette Civil Rights Pilgrimage on Wednesday, Feb. 23, at noon in the AMU’s Lunda Room. 

Participants from the January Civil Rights Pilgrimage will discuss their week-long trip through the south, including stops In Tennessee (Memphis), Mississippi (Glendora and Jackson) and Alabama (Selma, Montgomery and Birmingham). They will also share reflections on the impact of the program’s three themes: history, faith and discernment. 

In addition to the in-person component, the event will be livestreamed on YouTube.
