Dear colleagues:
In the busy day-to-day of our lives, it can be challenging to take time to step back and reflect. One of the ways we do this from a university perspective is through regular assessment of the impact of our shared experiences and how we engage with our work and each other.
After the most recent survey in 2019, we committed to re-surveying in 2022 – three years later – to identify where we have improved and where we can continue to improve our employee engagement.
The 2022 Employee Engagement survey is now live and will be open through March 11. Please take 15 minutes to complete the survey to help us gain a better understanding of the critical factors affecting employee engagement, including our work environment, employee experience, our university mission and strategy.
Employees will need to be on campus or connected to VPN to access the survey.
Responses will be anonymous and no identifiable information will be accessible or available to the Human Resources Department or any other employees. We will not be able to trace individual responses back to you so you should feel comfortable being honest with your answers.
The data will be used to identify where we are now and where we need to be in the future. These insights will help us to continue doing what we do well and identify what key elements need an action plan for improvement.
We encourage you to complete the survey and have your voice be heard – our goal is to surpass our 2019 participation rate of 45%.
Thank you,
