W-2 tax forms are now available online via MyJob. To access MyJob off campus you must establish access to the university VPN. With questions regarding the VPN, contact the IT Services Help Desk.
Once logged in, select:
- MU Employee Self Service
- Personal Actions
- View/Print Employee W-2
- Start
Then click on the Adobe icon for “W2 PDF Setup Business Group 2021.”
Printing the W-2 from this webpage is an acceptable copy for attaching to annual tax returns. Use the printer icon on the form, not the printer icon on the Internet browser, to print the form.
Employees who select “View/Print W2” agree to not receive a paper W-2 form in the mail beginning in 2021 and for all future years.
With questions, contact a Payroll Department representative. For those who do not opt out, traditional paper forms will be mailed to permanent home addresses and postmarked no later than Monday, Jan. 31.
