‘Philosophy and State Violence’ lecture is Feb. 3

The Center for the Advancement of the Humanities and the Haggerty Museum of Art will host “Philosophy and State Violence” on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 5 p.m. at the Haggerty Museum of Art. Dr. Jessica Wolfendale, chair and professor of philosophy, will present.

This lecture kicks off the CfAH’s spring lecture series, “Showcasing the Humanities.” The lectures will be from faculty representing the Departments of Philosophy, Theology, and Languages, Literatures and Cultures. The lectures are meant to be accessible for a general audience, and they aim to engage the greater Milwaukee community.
