Beyond MU: Lifelong Learning will host a webinar titled “Spiritual Reflections for the New Year: Following the Star – The Case for Hope” on Feb. 1 from noon to 1 p.m.

Dr. Kathy Coffey-Guenther, senior mission and Ignatian leadership specialist in University Advancement at Marquette, will discuss the stories, teachings and learnings of saints, friends and teachers from scripture and the nativity and how they are connected.
Attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on the star they may be called to follow and the possibilities that Jesus’ birth invite you to live in this new year. The webinar will consider the power of belief, how we engage “the real” in our lives and how God may invite us to go “beyond the real,” as well as allow attendees to reflect on how we continue to put one foot in front of the other.
