The LGBTQ+ Resource Center, Marquette Leadership Programs and MUSG will host Transgender Student Allyship Training on Wednesday, Nov. 10, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the AMU, 227.
The training will focus on defining what allyship — specifically transgender allyship — looks like, the basics of gender, pronouns and how to respect them and ways students can effectively support transgender students on campus.
Food will be provided.
