‘From Fear to Faith: The Monstrosity of Belief’ is Oct. 27

All students are invited to enjoy a Halloween edition of Ignite on Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the AMU, Chapel of the Holy Family. Rev. Ryan Duns, S.J., assistant professor of theology, will speak on “From Fear to Faith: The Monstrosity of Belief.” Father Duns’ talk will explore questions of faith and the search for meaning that arise in horror genres and how Christian faith responds. 

Ignite is an inspiring experience of college community, Catholic faith and prayer welcoming all at Marquette. Ignite features engaging speakers who explore questions of faith and living a faith that does justice, a vibrant and welcoming student community, and space for prayer and reflection.
