Annual Enrollment is the only time of year faculty and staff can make changes to their benefit elections.
All employees are strongly encouraged to enroll, change or waive benefits for 2022.
Employees who wish to change existing health insurance plans, coverage levels or enroll/re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) program(s) must complete the enrollment process during this period. Employees in the Employee + Spouse Tier or Family Tier must recertify their spouse’s access status to other medical coverage to avoid the $100/month spousal surcharge.

Confidential, optional 30-minute phone appointments with a benefits educator are available. Sign up for a time Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., at MarquetteBenefitsEnrollment.com or call (877) 759-7668.
Employees may also choose to enroll themselves online beginning Oct. 25.
