The last day for undergraduate students to request a class credit change, audit, add, swap or drop classes without a withdrawal grade for Session 1 is Tuesday, Sept. 7, at 11:59 p.m. This includes actions taken in CheckMarq by an undergraduate student or manually by the college office. Refer students enrolled in other sessions to the academic calendar for deadlines.
Report any undergraduate students who are not attending after Tuesday, Sept. 7 to the college office. It is vital that faculty help us with this initiative due to federal regulations about the timely return of financial aid for any undergraduate student who registers for classes but doesn’t attend. In addition, no student should attend classes without registering; faculty should direct these students to the college office.
