Re-enrollment required for Rec Center and Rec Plex Payroll Deduction Program

Faculty and staff who are currently enrolled in the Payroll Deduction Plan for their membership to either the Helfaer Rec Center, Rec Plex or both must re-enroll in the Payroll Deduction program due to a reformatting of membership and rates.  

Members were emailed forms to re-enroll on July 28 and must complete and return them by Sunday, Aug. 15. If a form is not returned, membership will be cancelled effective Sunday, Aug. 22 and will remain inactive unless you re-enroll. If you have a family membership, please be sure to include the date of birth for your family members. This is required for eligibility. 

The changes to membership are outlined below: 

Memberships will now include use of both the Helfaer Rec Center and Rec Plex. Locker and towel service fees will remain the same.  

The new rates for a Full Year membership (August to August): 

  • Individual: $179 
  • Family: $247 
  • Towel service: $40 
  • Locker: $30/each 

The new rates for the Academic Year (August to May):  

  • Individual: $160 
  • Family: $220 
  • Towel service: $32 
  • Locker: $24/each
