The Office of Mission and Ministry and Campus Ministry invite all members of the Marquette community to the annual Mass of the Holy Spirit at the Church of the Gesu on Sunday, Aug. 29, at 4 p.m.
For more than 500 years, Jesuit academic institutions have come together to celebrate this Mass to invite God into the school year.
At the celebration of the Mass of the Holy Spirit, we are asking the Holy Spirit to imbue all our endeavors in the upcoming year with the fruits and gifts of the Spirit. We ask the Holy Spirit to be with us, to guide and direct us through our efforts during the year. Everyone in the university community is blessed by the Spirit when we pray and celebrate this Mass.
