Marquette alumnae Jeffrey Robinson is the writer and subject of the 2021 Milwaukee Film Festival documentary “Who We Are: A Chronicle of Racism in America.”
The film looks at the history of racism and white supremacy in America from a humane, legal and approachable perspective. It won the audience award upon its premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival.
The Milwaukee Film Festival and the Marquette Forum will host an event with Robinson and directors of the film this Friday, May 14, at 4 p.m. This virtual panel will be livestreamed via MKE Film’s YouTube channel and will then be available for viewing shortly after.
